Returns Policy

No Returns as a General Rule

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased through our ecommerce store. All sales are considered final.

Please make sure to carefully review the product description, images, sizing, and details before placing your order.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items (Justified Cases)

Notwithstanding the above, returns or refunds may be accepted only in justified cases, such as:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received an incorrect item

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@gabrielabasin.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Claims submitted after this period or for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper handling will not be accepted.

 

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, only where legally applicable, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • Made to order or personalized

  • Produced according to customer specifications

  • Clearly exempt under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days from approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
